I’ve been guilty of working harder instead of smarter, both as a Tactical Athlete and as a coach.

I’ve been training Tactical Athletes for over two decades, and like most Soldiers I used a combination of the ‘it worked for me’ and the ‘more is better’ approaches. It wasn’t until I was recovering from some serious injuries that realized there had to be a smarter way.

For over a decade now, finding and sharing that 'smarter way' has been my focus.

Your program is designed to meet you where you are and take your unique circumstances into consideration. Using interviews and assessments we'll determine what you want and need to do, then work together to fit it into your life.

Then I'll be with you each step of the way to help you follow through and overcome the obstacles that will inevitably rise up to try to put a halt to your progress.

How Does This Work?

Much the same as with an in-person trainer but with much greater flexibility for you.

You'll get access to the Stalwart Fitness online program powered by ProCoach. That's where you'll find your customized workouts to follow and track.

You'll also track your measurements, upload progress photos, and follow your nutrition habits and lessons in the same place.

You'll know exactly what to do when you get to the gym. Each exercise has a video demonstration so you'll know you're on the right track.

You get daily options to make fitness fit:

  • Can't make it to the gym? Select "At-home workout"
  • Short on time? Choose "Quick workout"
  • Working out with a buddy? Choose "Doing my own workout"

The best part is you can work out wherever you want, whenever you can, and it's just like having a Personal Trainer there with you.

Choose an alternate exercise:

Each exercise in your daily workout has alternates that you can choose based on how you're feeling or what equipment you have available.

Not feeling a particular exercise? Want to crank up the intensity? Just click 'Modify' to choose the option that suits you.

The different workout options and exercise choices are all chosen to fit into your program and move you towards your goals.
